米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血的临床疗效观察

目的观察米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血的临床疗效。方法55例围绝经期功血患者，随机分为两组：A组28例。应用米非司酮治疗；B组27例，应用妇康片治疗。比较两组之间的止血效果、闭经率、生活质量。结果治疗期间A组全部病例均出现闭经。贫血得到明显改善。停药后绝经率53，57％，复发率7．15％，生活质量满意率75％，与B组比较差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血疗效好，停药后复发率低，副作用小。是一种理想的药物治疗方法。值得推广。

Clinical analysis of mifepristone in treatment of patients with perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mifepristone in treatment of perimenopause dysfuncaltional uterine bleeding. Methods Fifty-five patients with perimenopause dysfuncaltional uterine bleeding were divided randomly into two groups. Twenty-eight patients in group A were treated with mifepristonc while 27 patients in group B with norethindrone. The effect of homeostasis, the amenorrhea occurrence rate and the quality of life were analyzed. Results During the period of drug intervention all patients in group A represented the occurrence of menopause occurred and the release of anaemia. The amenorrhea rate was 53.57%, the reoccurrence rate was 7.15% and the satisfactory rate for life of quality was 75 % in group A after intervention with the significant differences with group B.Conclusion Mifeprislone in treatment of perimenopause dysfuncaltional uterine bleeding is ideal and effective with less reoccurrence rate and side effects and is worth recommending.
