中药口腔护理液对危重患者口腔护理的效果观察

目的 探讨中药口腔护理液用于危重症患者口腔护理的临床效果。方法 收集2018年3月至5月山西省中西医结合医院综合ICU 60例患者口腔护理资料，将患者按入科先后顺序分为两组，每组各30例。试验组用中药口腔护理液清洁口腔，对照组用生理盐水清洁口腔，干预周期为患者入科至转科或死亡，观察时间≥3 d。结果 两组患者口腔护理前后的口腔异味评分、口腔黏膜炎症等级评分、牙龈炎及嘴唇湿润度比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。而pH值比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 中药口腔护理液能有效减轻口腔异味、减少口腔并发症发生，尤其对口腔黏膜有炎症、出血患者效果更佳。

Observation on the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral care solution in oral care for critically ill patients

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of herbs oral care solution on critical patients. Methods The oral care data of 60 patients in the comprehensive ICU of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March to May of 2018 were collected. Sixty patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission with 30 in each group. The patients in experimental group cleaned the oral cavity with herbs oral care solution. The patients in the control group cleaned the oral cavity with normal saline.The observation period was set from admission to discharge or death which was longer than 3 days. Results There were significant differences in the scores of odor, inflammation, gingivitis and wettability of lip between the two groups before and after oral care (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in pH value (P>0.05). Conclusion The herbs oral care solution can effectively alleviate the syndrom of oral odor and reduce the occurrence of oral complications, especially for patients with oral mucosal inflammation and bleeding.
