| 摘 要： | 目的研究亚硒酸钠（Na2SeO3）对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体的致畸变作用。方法采用灌胃法使小鼠染毒，设亚硒酸钠高、中、低三个剂量组，另设蒸馏水作阴性对照，环磷酰胺为阳性对照组。结果染色体畸变率在Na2SeO3高、中、低剂量组与阴性对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；染色体畸变率在三个剂量组随Na2SeO3剂量的增加而增强，低剂量组与高剂量组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Na2SeO3对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体有明显致畸作用且随剂量增加而增强。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of sodium selenite(Na_2SeO_3) on chromosomal aberration in the bone marrow cells of mice.Methods: Filling stomach was used to make mice be toxic.Three different concentration groups of Na_2SeO_3 were adopted to fill stomach.Distilled water was used as negative control and cyclo-phosphorus amide as positive control.Results: Compared with negative control,the rate of aberration in three experiment groups has distinct difference(P<0.05).As to comparing rate of aberration among three groups,the discrepancy is obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion: The chromosomal aberration of mice bone marrow cells was greatly enhanced according to the aggrandizement of Na_2SeO_3 dosage. |
