2005年新疆兵团碘缺乏病健康教育知识现状调查

目的了解新疆生产建设兵团碘缺乏病健康教育现状,为进一步开展碘缺乏病健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用“按人口比例概率抽样方法(PPS)”抽样,对五年级学生和家庭主妇进行健康教育调查。结果五年级学生平均分数为53.2分,及格率为37.5%,90分以上百分比为24.5%;家庭主妇平均分数为90.7分,及格率为100%,90分以上百分比为90.7%。33.2%的学生和26%的家庭主妇知道碘缺乏病的危害;31.5%的学生向父母讲过碘缺乏病的知识;28%的学生听说过碘缺乏病的知识。结论五年级学生健康教育不理想,应加强对学生的健康教育,促进学生对家长的碘缺乏病知识健康教育。

Status of Health Education on Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD) in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

Objective To know the status of health education on IDD in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,and to recognize the existing problems and guide the activities in heath education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of the grade five and housewives,using the method of probability proportional to size.Results The average scores of the students of the grade five and housewives were 53.2 and 90.7,the passing rate of IDD knowledge among the students of the grade five and housewives were 37.5%and 100%.33.2% of the students of the grade five and 26% of housewives knew the harmfulness of iodine deficiency disease.31.5% of students of the grade five spread knowledge of IDD to their parents.28% students heard of knowledge of IDD.Conclusions The effect of health education on iodine deficiency disorders among students of grade five in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was not ideal,and health education on IDD should be strengthened and emphasis should be put on the propaganda of knowledge.
