腰穿置管持续引流脑脊液置换加鞘内注药治疗重症颅内感染

目的探讨重症颅内感染的治疗方法.方法选择重症颅内感染34例,随机分成单纯注药组,进行间断腰穿注药;脑脊液置换组,行腰穿置管持续引流脑脊液置换加鞘内注药,对比疗效.结果脑脊液置换组在感染控制时间、临床症状改善时间及颅内压控制到正常平均时间明显优于单纯注药组(P＜0.05).结论持续引流脑脊液置换加鞘内注药治疗颅内感染是一种安全、迅速、有效的方法,该方法可明显减轻脑膜刺激症,缓解感染症状,缩短住院日,具有良好的效果.

Treatment of severe intracranial infection by continual drainage and permutation of cerebrospinal fluid and intrathecal injection of drugs throug subarachnoid cavity catheter

Objective:To explore treatment methods of severe imoracranial infection.Methods:34 cases with severe intracranial infection were selected and divided into two groups randomly.Single intrathecal injection of drugs group,injected drugs through subarachneid cavity catheter interruptedly;permutation of cerebrospinal fluid group,continual drainage and permutation of cerebrospinal fluid and intrathecal injection of drugs through subarachnoid cavity catheter,then contrasted their treatment effects.Results:Permutation of cerebrospinal fluid group excelled apparently single intrathecal injection of drugs group in these aspects time of controling infection,time of improving clinical symptoms,aveage time of intracranial pressure recavering nermal.Conclusions:Continual drainage and permutation of cerebrospinal fluid and intrathecal injection of drugs through subarachnoid cavity catheter is a safe,rapid and effective treatment method for intracranial infection;it can apparently alleviate meningeal stimulating symptoms,allevitate infectious symptoms and shorten time in hospital with good effects.
