| 摘 要： | 树突状细胞（DC）是机体专职的抗原递呈细胞，代表了结构和功能具有很大可塑性的一群细胞，既具有诱发机体防御性免疫的功能，又在机体免疫耐受形成中起重要作用。本文重点介绍DC是机体耐受性和免疫性的关键调节因素、DC在风湿免疫性疾病炎症过程中的作用和研究现状。
