戊二醛含量测定中干扰因素的研究

摘    要:
消毒技术规范规定的戊二醛含量化学测定法即盐酸羟胺法受很多操作条件影响。为了解影响的因素以便有效控制,采用调节测定中的pH和添加干扰物质的途径,对现行测定方法进行了改进观察。结果,在戊二醛含量相同的条件下,其测定值随pH的增加而逐渐降低,pH对戊二醛含量测定值有明显的干扰作用。在被测戊二醛溶液中加入亚硝酸钠和碳酸氢钠各5.0 g/L后,戊二醛含量测定值降低了21.77%,反映出此两种物质的加入对戊二醛含量测定有干扰作用,但是该种干扰可通过本底扣除法消除;戊二醛含量测定值与碳酸氢钠加入量呈负相关,即Y=-0.8119X+19.895(R2=0.9135)。18 g/L戊二醛消毒液中含有1.8 g/L甲醛可使其含量测定值增加到21.23 g/L,显示出甲醛对戊二醛含量测定的有干扰作用。结论,戊二醛含量的化学测定受pH值和某些物质的干扰,戊二醛含量测定应严格控制测定条件。

Abstract:
The chemical method for measuring glutaraldehyde content specified in Technical Standard for Disinfection,i.e.hydroxylamine hydrochloride method,is influenced by many operation conditions.In order to know the influencing factors so as to control them effectively,regulation of pH during measurement and addition of interfering substances were used to improve and observe the current measuring method.Results: Under condition of same glutaraldehyde content,the measured value decreased gradually with increasing pH,indicating that pH had significant interfering effect on measured value of glutaraldehyde content.After adding sodium nitrite and sodium bicarbonate 5.0 g/L each to the glutaraldehyde solution to be measured,the measured value of glutaraldehyde content decreased by 21.77%,indicating that addition of these 2 substances interfered the measurement of glutaraldehyde content,but this interference could be removed by method of deducting background.The measured value of glutaraldehyde content correlated negatively with the amount of sodium bicarbonate added,i.e.,Y=-0.8119X+19.895(R~2=0.9135).When 18 g/L glutaraldehyde disinfection solution contained 1.8 g/L formaldehyde,the measured value of its content could increase to 21.23 g/L,indicating that formaldehyde had interfering effect on measurement of glutaraldehyde content.Conclusion: Chemical measurement of glutaraldehyde content was interfered by pH value and some substances,therefore the measuring conditions must be strictly controlled during measurement of glutaraldehyde content.
