中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床研究

目的　探讨中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征 (RNS)的疗效。方法　将 4 0例经肾活检证实为难治性肾病综合征的病人进入此研究。随机分为两组 :A组吗替麦考酚酯 (MMF ,骁悉 )联合激素组 ;B组MMF、激素联合中药组。观察两组治疗前后的临床表现、 2 4h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、血脂、肾功能 (BUN ,Scr)、CD+ 4 、CD+ 4 /CD+ 8、IgG、IgA、IgM等指标及出现的副作用。 结果　总有效率A组 85 %、B组 95 % ,1年复发率A组 2 0 % ,B组 10 %。上述各项指标治疗后均比治疗前有明显改善 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。B组对细胞免疫及体液免疫均有明显的调节作用 ,不良反应发生率B组低于A组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　两组均有明显疗效 ,而中西医结合治疗疗效更佳 ,值得进一步推广

Clinical Research about Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Treatment in Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To investigate the management of refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS).Methods 40 rafractory nephrotic patients proved by renal biopsy were divided into two groups atrandom. Group A: Mycophenolate Mofetil (MMF) supplemented with Prednisone. Group B: MMF, Prednisone supplemented with traditional Chinese medine . 24h quantitative of urinary protein , serum albumin, blood-cholesterol, CD + 4,CD + 4/ CD + 8,IgG,IgA,IgM, kidney function and side effects were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results There were significantdifferences in all the indexes (P<0.05) before and after treatment. Total effective rate and the relapserate were 85% and 20% in group A, 95% and 10% in group B. There is less side effects in group B. Conclusions This study indicates that the effectiveness of two groups with refractory nephroticsyndrome , especially for those in group B.
