手术室优质护理服务与患者期望相关性的调查

目的探讨手术室优质护理服务与患者期望之间的相关性。方法选取手术室接受治疗的120例患者,采用Servqual量表对其进行调查,建立数据库,采用Sperman相关系数分析手术室优质护理服务与患者期望之间的相关性。结果患者的服务期望与手术室优质护理服务质量具有显著的相关性（r=-O．896,P〈0．05）。结论患者对手术室优质护理服务有一定程度的认可,手术室优质护理服务能够在一定程度上满足患者对护理服务的期待。

Correlation of high-quality nursing in operating room with patient expectation

Objective To investigate the correlation of high-quality nursing in operating room with pa- tient expectation. Methods 120 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected. The modified Servqual scale was utilized for survey and a database was established for data collection. The Sperman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation of high-quality nursing in operating room with patient expectation. Results Patient expectation was significantly correlated with high-quality nursing in operating room（ r-- 0.896, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Patients have a certain degree of recognition on high-quality nursing in operating room. High-quality nursing can satisfy patient expectation at a certain extent.
