| 摘 要： | 目的：观察住院老年慢性心衰患者低白蛋白血症的发病率及其与心力衰竭严重程度、住院时间和转归的关系。方法：近两年我院住院治疗的慢性心衰患者102例，根据血浆白蛋白水平分为两组，即正常对照组和低白蛋白血症组。分析其平均住院时间和死亡率。结果：住院慢性心衰老年患者存在低白蛋白血症者占52．9％，与对照组比较，低白蛋白血症者的平均住院日[（20．3±11．7）d：（29．7±19．2）d，P〈0．05]、D级心衰发生率（29．2％：74．0％。P〈0．01）显著升高，但两组死亡率无显著差异。结论：住院的老年慢性心衰患者低白蛋白血症的发生率较高，病情更重，应予足够重视。 |
