| Abstract: | Problems were pointed out in subject librarian system of general college and university libraries.Measures were proposed for their solution,including intensifying its publicity,establishing its scientific management model and rational performance evaluation system,as well as increasing income of subject librarians,in order to further perfect the subject librarian system and promote its development. |
