妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血的临床分析

目的探讨妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血的效果。方法对47例围绝经期功血病人采取口服妈富隆4#×2 d,3#×3 d,2#×3 d,1#×12 d后停药,下一月经周期第5 d再次服药3#×3 d,2#×3 d,1#×14 d,一般用药1~3个周期。结果47例服用妈富隆后24 h止血者43例,48 h止血者4例,有效率100%。38例恢复正常月经,9例闭经。结论妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血能够迅速止血,调整周期,方法简便,副作用小,可在门诊进行,值得推广。

Clinical Analysis of Patients with Perimenopause Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Treated with Marvelon

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of marvelon in treating perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 47 patients with perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding took marvelon which was an oral estrogen and progesterone compounds by 4 tablets two days,3 tablets three days,two tablets three days,1 tablet twelve days and then stopped.Again the fifth day of the next menstrual cycle,the patients took marvelon orally by 3 tablets three days,two tablets three days and 1 tablet fourteen days.Usually patients took marvelon 1 to 3 cycles.Results Bleeding was arrested in 43 cases within 24 hours and 4 cases within 48 hours after taking marvelon,the effective rate was 100%.menstruation resumed in 38 cases and menopause occurred in 9 cases.Conclusion Bleeding can be arrested rapidly and the menstrual cycle can be regulated in patients with perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding by taking marvelon orally.This method is convinent,effective and has few side effects,it may be applied in outpatient department.
