| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨全膀胱切除后重建一种理想的可控膀胱术的方法和疗效。方法 全组病例均选用间断切断两条游离结肠带的盲、升结肠做储尿囊，根部不做任何处理的原形阑尾经脐孔引出做输出道。结果 术后全组所有病例均控尿良好，无1例发生漏尿、遗尿及导尿困难等并发症。结论 用根部不做任何处理的原形阑尾做输出道的可控膀胱术为目前最理想的代膀胱术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of reconstructing controlled bladder after cystectomy. Methods The cecocolon and ascending colon of two free teniae coli were excised to make a urine-storage reservoir. The original appendix was used to form output duct through navel. Results Urine control in all cases were found satisfactory. No urine leakage enuresis or difficulty in urethral catheterization occurred. Conclusion Controlled bladder plastic operation functions well by using original appendix to form urine output duct. |
