| “改良三明治式”胸腔镜治疗肺大疱的临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:对比研究电视胸腔镜"改良三明治式"与"三明治式"治疗肺大疱的临床效果。方法:选择CT确诊肺大疱的患者48例,完全随机分为两组,一组进行胸腔镜"改良三明治式",另一组进行"三明治式",术后随访6~12个月。对术后气胸复发进行对比分析。结果:"改良三明治式"组在术后气胸复发方面与"三明治式"组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电视胸腔镜"改良三明治式"治疗肺大疱疗效确切,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical results of VATS "sandwich method" with VATS "advanced sandwich method" for the treatment of bulla.Methods 48 patients were divide into two groups,one group used "sandwich method",the other use "advanced sandwch method".The consumed postoperative time of recurrent pneumothorax was compared.Results The consumed postoperative time of hospitalization recurrent pneumothorax and were not significantly difference between "sandwich method" and "advanced sandwich method"(P>0.05).Conclusion VATS "advanced sandwich method" is effective treatment of pulmonary bulla,it should be use widely. |
