丙泊酚联合氟比洛芬酯在肠镜检查中的应用

目的：研究丙泊酚联合氟比洛芬酯用于肠镜检查的麻醉作用。方法：ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ自愿要求做肠镜检查患者90例,按预约次序,序贯随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ计3组,每组30例,Ⅰ组先缓慢静脉注射芬太尼1ug／kg,10min后静脉注射丙泊酚2mg／kg;Ⅱ组先缓慢注射氟比洛芬酯50mg,10min后静脉注射丙泊酚2mg／kg;m组为对照组,静脉注射丙泊酚2mg／kg。三组丙泊酚静脉注射速率均为100mg／min。术后由肠镜检查医生评定麻醉效果。结果：肠镜检查全程丙泊酚给药量及意识恢复时间氟比洛芬酯均低于其他组。Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组术中及术后不良反应发生率高于Ⅱ组,麻醉效果达优者以Ⅲ组最少。结论：氟比洛芬酯联合丙泊酚用于肠镜检查的麻醉中可获得较为满意的麻醉效果。而且药物不良反应少。是一种有效的配伍方法。

Results： Colonoscopy full dosage of propofol and recovery time awareness of flurbiprofen esters are lower than other groups. Group I and group Ⅲ intraoperative and postoperative incidence of adverse reactions higher than that in group Ⅱ, the effect of anesthesia in order to better at least in group Ⅲ. Conclusion： Flurbiprofen Propofol ester United for colonoscopy examination will be more satisfied with the anesthesia anesthetic effect. And fewer adverse drug reactions, the combination is an effective method.
