| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨引起机械通气患者ICU综合征的相关因素，通过采取护理干预减少该病的发生率。方法：对某三甲医院发生的33例ICU综合征患者进行跟踪观察分析，并给予相应的护理干预措施。结果：33例患者中，31例情绪逐渐稳定，配合治疗，最后脱离呼吸机转入普通病房；2例呼吸衰竭患者因多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论：及时有效的护理干预，是预防和缓解ICU综合征的关键。 |
