摘    要:
目的:探讨玻璃体内使用不同浓度的维拉帕米对兔眼视网膜电流图的影响.方法:采用纯系日本大耳白兔共9只,随机分成3组,每组6只眼,向玻璃体内注入不同浓度的维拉帕米溶液.术前、术后进行视网膜电流图检查及眼底检查.结果:各用药组暗适应视网膜电流图最大反应b波振幅的测定值与用药前比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:玻璃体内注入1.0 mg维拉帕米对兔眼及其视网膜电流图无影响.维拉帕米可用于眼底增殖性疾病治疗的研究.

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the retinal toxicity of verepamil through intravitreal injevtion. Methods: Nine white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, which received intravitreal injection of verapamil of different dosage. Ophthalmoscopy and electroretinography (ERG) were performed after drug injection. Results: There was no difference in b-wave anplitudes in the control and verapamil treated groups. Conclusion: Verapamil of 1.0 mg through intravitreal injection had no retinal toxic effect.This study may provide a baseline for further clinic investigation, and verapamil may be used to treat proliferative eye diseases.
