AIDS-related lymphoma diagnosed by flow cytometry of a pleural effusion |

| Abstract: | We have presented a case in which flow cytometry of pleural fluid was applied in the diagnosis of an AIDS-related lymphoma. Flow cytometric evaluation of malignant effusions is a less invasive means of diagnosing these neoplasms than tissue biopsy. |
