动态检测社区获得性肺炎D-二聚体、C反应蛋白的临床价值

目的:探讨动态检测D-二聚体(D-dimmer)和C反应蛋白(CRP)在评价社区获得性肺炎(CAP)严重程度及预后的临床价值。方法:依据肺炎严重度指数(PSI)将150例CAP患者分成重症组和普通组,比较两组在入院24 h、72 h及第7 d的D-dimmer、CRP。结果:CAP患者D-dimmer、CRP均与PSI呈正相关(r=0.76、0.52,P0.01),重症组24 h、72 h、第7 d的D-dimmer和CRP均明显高于普通组(P均0.05)。结论:动态检测D-dimmer、CRP有助于判断CAP的严重程度和预后。

Clinical Value of Dynamic Observation of D-dimmer,C-reactive Protein in Patients with Community Acquired Pneumonia

Objective：To investigate the value of dynamic observation of D-dimmer, C-reactive Protein（CRP） in evaluating the severity and prognosis of community acquired pneumonia （CAP）. Methods：According to diagnostic criteria and grades for pneumonia severity index （PSI）,150 patients with CAP were divided into severe group and general group,and the D-dimmer, CRP levels were detected at 24 h,72 h and on the 7th day after admission the hospital. The variance of D-dimmer, CRP and PSI were compared between the two groups. Results： The D-dimmer levels and the CRP levels had correlation with PSI（r = 0.76,0.52,P ＆lt; 0.01）.The D-dimmer and CRP levels at 24 h,72 h and on the 7th day after admission the hospital were significantly higher in severe group than those in general group （P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion： Dynamic observation of D-dimmer, CRP are valuable for assessment of the severity and prognosis of CAP.
