| Abstract: | Based on the daily nursing work,the writer suggested that nursing staff take four methods to protect themselves by means of law,e.g.,1)careful study of health laws and regulations;2)respect and satisfaction of patients'needs and rights;3)establishment of good occupational moral;4)strict enforcement of laws and regulations.The author also briefly discussed their experience on self-protection by means of law. |
