| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰腺实性一假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的超声诊断与鉴别诊断.方法 回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的7例胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的超声表现.结果 二维超声SPTP表现为囊实混合性团状回声,其中以囊性结构为主2例,实性结构为主1例,囊实结构比例相近者4例.结论 SPTP超声表现具有一定特征性,有利于诊断及鉴别诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the sonographic features of solid-pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas(SPTP) and to explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SPTP.Methods The sonographic features of 7 cases of SPTP which were confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results On B-mode sonographic images,all cases showed solid tumor with cystic component inside.Two cases were mainly composed of cystic parts,four cases were composed of similar proportions of solid and cystic parts,Only 1 case was mainly composed of solid part.Conclusion The B-mode ultrasound characteristic findings might be of great value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SPTP. |
