| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理干预对结直肠癌病人生活质量的影响。方法将我院普外科收治的57例结直肠癌住院病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组依据循证护理的要求进行全面准确评估护理问题、系统分析、制订护理干预措施并予以实施;对照组只进行常规护理。采用癌症病人生命质量核心量表（EORTCQTQ-C30）对两组病人的生活质量进行评价。结果实验组在实施循证护理干预后,病人生活质量有了明显的提高（P〈0．05）,且明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理干预能显著提高结直肠癌病人的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on quality of life of colorectal cancer patients. Methods： 57 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received the overall and accurate evaluation on the nursing problems, the systematic analysis based on the evidence of the nursing needs,and the individual nursing intervention measures. The control group received the routine nursing care. The qualities of life of the patients were evaluated with EORTC QTQ - C30. Results： The qualities of life of them were enhanced remarkably after evidence-based nursing intervention （P 〈0.05）. And the quality of life of experiment group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Evidence - based nursing intervention could promote the quality of life for colorectal cancer patients. |
