| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电气化术(TUVP)结合体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)并膀胱结石的疗效。方法 采用TUVP结合ESWL治疗BPH并膀胱结石16例。结果 术中出血少,全部病人结石取净,术后病人排尿通畅,复查最大尿流率>15.0 ml/s。结论 TUVP结合ESWL治疗BPH并膀胱结石是一种安全、高效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment of combined transurethral electrovaporization(TUVP) with ESWL for patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) complicated with bladder calculi.Methods 16 patients with BPH and bladder calculi were operated with TUVP and ESWL.Results Of all cases,there was little bleeding and the calculi were removed completely in the operation.Urinations were unobstructed after operation in all patients.all patients had a postoperative maximum flow rate (MFR) over 15.0 ml/s .Conclusion combined TUVP with ESWL is a safe and effective treatment modality for patients of BPH complicated with bladder calculi. |
