| 摘 要： | 目的:从基因水平对膀胱癌多重耐药基因(MDR1)进行研究.方法:用PCR技术对膀胱癌组织及正常膀胱组织进行分析检测.结果:大多数膀胱癌及少数正常膀胱粘膜标本在167 bp处显示MDR1基因异常扩增.结论:随肿瘤分级的增高,MDR1表达率有增高趋势,MDR1基因表达与膀胱癌生物活性密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to study on the reasons of failure in chemotherapy in the bladder cancer,multiple drug resistance gene MDR 1 were analyzed at the gene level.Methods:The bladder cancer tissue and normal bladder tissue were analyzed and examined by PCR technique.Results:The MDR 1was remarkably extended in the most bladder cancers and a few normal bladder mucous membrane specimen.The expression rate of MDR 1 was increased with the increasing class of the tumour.Conclusion:This sutdy suggested that the expression of MDR 1 gene was interrelated closely to the biologic activity of bladder cancer.The higher the bladder cancer differentiation,the higher the positive expression of MDR 1 in the bladder cancer tissue,the higher the failure rate of chemotherapy. |
