| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察华蟾素微球合并多柔比星、顺铂肝动脉化学栓塞治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法 :采用Seldinger方法超选至肿瘤血管 ,注入化疗药物和华蟾素微球 10 0～ 50 0mg ,治疗肝癌 4 3例。结果 :4 1例病人肿瘤部分缓解 14% ,轻微缓解 54% ,甲胎蛋白 (AFP)水平明显降低。 0 .5,1和 2a生存率分别为 95% ,51%和 2 9%。结论 :华蟾素微球合并多柔比星、顺铂是一种治疗肝癌较好的肝动脉化学栓塞剂

Artreial chemoembolization of liver carcinoma with sinobufagin microsphe re combination doxorubicin and cisplatin |

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the clinical therapeutic effects of the sinobufagin microsphere combination doxorubicin and cisplatin in artreial chemoembolization of liver carcinoma. METHODS: Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization of tumor vessels was performed in 43 patients using Seldinger's method. The liver arterioles were occlued by using sinobufagin microspheres 100-500 mg. RESULTS: There were 14% partial relief and 54% minor relief in 41 patiets. The serum AFP level apparently decreased. The cumulative survival rate was 95% at 6 mo, 51% at 1 a and 29% at 2 a. CONCLUSION: The sinobufagin microspheres combination doxorubicin and cisplatin is a better chemoembolizaion agents for liver cancer. |
