| 摘 要： | 目的对胶体金免疫层析（GICA）法与酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）进行比较。方法采用两种方法检测18～65岁人群血清标本4086份。结果GICA法检测出HBsAg阳性标本327份，阳性率为8．0％；ELISA法检测出阳性标本391份，阳性率为9．6％；GICA法与ELISA法检测标本符合率为98．43％。结论GICA法操作简便、快速，检测的特异度较好，但其灵敏度有限，ELISA法更适合医院、血站的检测应用。
