轻中度近视青少年配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜后角膜形态早期变化

目的了解轻中度近视青少年配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜后角膜形态的早期变化。方法配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜的轻中度近视青少年21例42眼，使用眼前节分析仪（Orbsean—Ⅱ）评价戴镜后1天、1周、1月、3-6个月的角膜变化。结果配戴者角膜地形图3mm区域角膜曲率平均值下降，戴镜1周后变化有统计学意义，P〈0．05，1月后变化无统计学意义，P〉0．05；角膜前表面diff值下降变化有统计学意义，P〈0．05；后表面diff值变化无统计学意义，P〉0．05；角膜最薄厚度减少变化有统计学意义，P〈0．05；前房深度变化无统计学意义，P〉0．05；white—to—white值变化无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结论青少年轻中度近视使用角膜塑形镜后角膜中央区曲率下降。

The corneal changes of mild and moderate myopia teenagers with overnight orthokeratology lens

Objective To observe the effects of overnight orthokeratology lens on the corneal shape in mild and moderate myopia. Methods 21cases （42 eyes） of mild and moderate myopia teenagers wore overnight orthokeratology lens and were measured by Orbscan Ⅱ. The changs of the corneal shape were analyzed at 1 day, 1 week,1 month, 3- 6 months. Results The average corneal curvature became lower after wearing lens 1 week, P〈 0.05. There was no statis- tically significant difference after wearing lens for lmonth and 3-6 months.There was statistically difference for？corneal front surface diff number and the corneal thickness, P〈 0.05. There was no statistically difference for corneal white- towhite, corneal rear surface diff number and anterior chamber depth, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The corneal curvature decreased in mild and moderate myopia teenagers with overnight orthokeratology lens.
