洪灾区7～15岁儿童的行为问题及其影响因素

目的 了解洪灾区7～15岁儿童行为问题的现状及其影响因素，以便采取相应的干预措施。方法 用Rutter，儿童行为问卷的父母和教师问卷对洪灾区7～15岁儿童的行为问题进行评定。结果 洪灾区7～15岁儿童行为问题检出率分别为9．7％(父母问卷)和11．0％(教师问卷)，男生以违纪行为(A行为)为主，而女生则以神经症性行为(N行为)为主。结论 其主要的影响因素为性别、班主任批评、感到学习负担重、有亲人在洪灾中受了重伤．洪灾中未能与家人住在一起、曾经被洪水围困等待救援和创伤后应激障碍等。儿童行为问题在我国洪灾区儿童中是一种常见的现象，应采取针对性的防制措施。

Behavioral Problems and Their Risk Factors among Children Ages 7 - 15 in Disaster-afflicted Areas

ObjectiveTo explore the prevalence of behavior al problems and their risk factors among children age 7-15 in disaster-afflicted areas and to deliver relevant interventions. MethodsRutter ch ildren's behavioral questionnaires for completion by parents and for completion by teachers were used to assess behavioral problems of children age 7-15 in dis aster-afflicted areas. ResultsThe prevalence rate of parent- reported and teacher-reported behavioral problems among children ages 7-15 in d isaster-afflicted areas was 9.7% and 11.0%. Boys were more likely to be diagnos ed with antisocial behaviors while girls were more likely to have neurotic behav iors.ConclusionRisk factors for child behavioral problems incl uded sex, being criticized by teachers in charge of their class, feeling heavy w hen studying, their relatives being wounded due to flood, being separated from t heir family during catastrophic flood, being besieged by flood to waiting for re scue and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).Child behavioral problem is a co mmon phenomenon that could not be neglected in disaster-afflicted areas in our country, preventive measures should be taken.
