经疝囊行腹腔镜腹腔探查术的临床应用

目的:探讨疝手术时,经疝囊行腹腔镜腹腔探查、活检、治疗的可行性及必要性。方法:为12例术中偶见疝囊壁病变、囊内腹水、术前伴有不明原因慢性腹痛、阑尾炎术后有粘连性肠梗阻发作史的疝患者行腹腔镜经疝囊腹腔探查术,回顾分析其临床资料。结果:本组12例中2例疝囊壁病变、1例囊内腹水、4例慢性腹痛、1例阑尾炎及4例有肠梗阻病史患者,经腹腔镜手术和/或后续治疗后治愈或病情稳定,无腹痛及梗阻复发。结论:疝手术过程中对偶见疝囊壁病变、囊内腹水、术前伴有不明原因的慢性腹痛、术前有阑尾炎及手术所致粘连性肠梗阻发作史的患者,行经疝囊腹腔镜探查、取材并镜下治疗可使患者得到正确的诊治。
