| 摘 要： | 目的:观察血管内皮细胞生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)对乳腺癌细胞基质金属蛋白酶- 9(MMP- 9)表达的影响。方法:乳腺癌细胞系培养,VEGF干预,RT- PCR测定乳腺癌细胞MMP- 9m- RNA表达。结果:VEGF作用后,乳腺癌细胞MMP- 9m- RNA表达升高,P<0 .0 1,作用1h出现峰值。VEGF浓度升高,MMP- 9m- RNA表达增强。结论:VEGF明显促进乳腺癌细胞MMP- 9表达。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the impact of VEGF on the expression of breast cancer cell MMP-9 mRNA.Methods Breast cancer cell was culturde invitro.with the intervention of VEGF,the cultured cells were grouped according to different VEGF concentrations and different reaction times.Then,detect the quantity of MMP-9 m-RNA by RT-PCR.Results The quantity of MMP-9 m-RNA increased highly after co-cultured with VEGF,P<0.01,The peak value was found at about 1st hours.The expression of MMP-9 m-RNA was increased as VEGF concentration ascending.Conclusion VEGF can induce increased expression of breast cancer cell MMP-9 m-RNA remarkably. |
