马尾神经根松弛症的椎管造影诊断研究

报告了１５例马尾神经根松弛症（ＲＮＲ）的椎管造影结果。发现ＲＮＲ均发生于腰椎管狭窄症的基础上，在椎管梗阻上方造影剂呈不规则充盈缺损，马尾神经根呈现波浪状或蛇形卷曲，甚至＂打结＂。腰椎屈曲时，上述影像缓解或消失，而伸展位时又重现或加重。造影检查发现ＲＮＲ的程度与椎管狭窄程度无相关关系。

Myelographic study of redundant nerve roots of the cauda equina

Myelographic features in 15 cases of redundant nerve roots of the cauda equina(RNR) were reported. All of the RNR cases occured in conjunction with lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Unregular intradural filling defects with undulants, serpinginlous or knotted nerve roots were observed on the cephalic side of the bloke during lumbar myelogram.The myelographic characteristics of RNR disappeared or relieved in a flexion position,but reappeared or exacerbated in the extension position. No significant correlation between the extent of RNR and the extent of constriction of spinal canal in myelogram. The pathogenesis of RNR was also discussed in clinical aspects.
