缺血性脑卒中患者P-选择素和假性血友病因子表达的变化及其临床意义

目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中患者P-选择素(CD62P )和假性血友病因子(VWF)表达的规律及其临床意义.方法 运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测30例脑梗死患者(急性期及恢复期)和30例健康对照者CD62P、VWF的表达,并与神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)进行相关分析.结果 (1)缺血性脑卒中患者急性期CD62P、VWF表达显著高于其恢复期及健康对照组(P<0.01),恢复期CD62P、VWF表达仍高于健康对照组;(2)CD62P、VWF表达与NDS呈显著直线正相关.结论 CD62P、VWF参与缺血性脑损伤形成的病理过程,可作为监测病情和判断预后的指标.

Changes and clinical significance of P-selectin and von willebrand factor in patients with ischemic stroke

Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of P-selectin(CD62P),von willebrand factor(VWF)expression in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Thirty cases of acute ischemic stroke(both acute and convalescence)and 30 normal controls were enrolled in the study,CD62P and VWF expression were detected by ELISA.The correlation between the expression and neurological functional deficit scale was analyzed.Results(1)The expressions of CD62P and VWF in acute phase of ischemic stroke were markedly higher than that in convalescence phase(P<0.05)and those in controls(P<0.05).The exprtssions of CD62P and VWF expression in convalescence were still higher than those in controls(P<0.05).(2)CD62P and VWF expressions were positively related with the scores of neurological functional deficit scale(r=0.837,r=0.632,P<0.01).Conclusion High expression of CD62P and VWF may participate in the pathologic process of cerebral ischemic injury and reflect the severity of disease indirectly.
