复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效观察

目的观察复方甲硝唑阴道栓配合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊用于细菌性阴道病的疗效。方法 2012年1—5月间妇科门诊中抽取96例细菌性阴道病患者,随机分成两组。观察组采用复方甲硝唑阴道栓和阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合治疗。对照组单用复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗。治疗后14、28、56天对其疗效及阴道分泌物镜检结果进行比较,观察其疗效及复发性。结果两组14天治愈比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),28天的复发比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甲硝唑阴道栓和阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合治疗细菌性阴道病效果好,复发率低。

Observation about curative effect of compound metronidagole and lactobacillus on bacterial vaginosis

Objective To investigate the curative effect of compound metronidagole combined with lactobacillus on bacterial vaginosis.Methods 96 pregnant patients with bacterial were randomly divided into two groups from the vaginosis outpatient department during January 2012 to May 2012.56 patients in treatment group were treated with compound metronidagole and lactobacillus,and 40 patients in the control group were treated with compound metronidagole alone.clinical effect mincroscopy examination of vaginal discharge and recurrence of bacterial vaginosis were compared at the 14th,28th after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups 14th after the treatment(P>0.05),while there was a significantly difference in relapse rate 28th after treatment.Conclusion The compound metronidagole and lactobacillus have long-lasting curative effect and low relapse rate in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
