住院患者对护士关怀照护需求的调查

目的 探讨住院患者对护士关怀照护的需求，为更好地实施整体护理提供科学依据。方法 参考关怀行为评估(Caring Behavior Assessment)量表设计问卷，并结合访谈。结果 (1)86．3％～99．2％的患者希望护士有爱心、表达关怀需求；(2)95．3％～99．2％的患者需要护士有良好专业能力；(3)85．1％～90．2％的患者希望能满足基本生活需求；(4)82．9％～92．7％的患者希望能获得健康教育的需求；(5)88％～97．9％的患者需要心理、社会支持；(6)77．4％～97．9％的患者需要护士实施情感技巧。结论 明确了患者对人性化护理具有较高的需求程度及其最需要的关怀照护内容；研究提示，建立人文关怀理念，并将其融入临床护理工作，既是深化整体护理的关键，也是临床护理工作者必须认真对待的一个新课题。

Requirements of Hospitalized Patients on Nursing Care

Objective To investigate the requirements of hospitalized patients on nursing and provide scientific references for improving holistic nursing. Methods A questionnaire using the Caring Behavior Assessment Scale in combination with interviews was adopted. Results (1) 86. 3%-99. 2% of the hospitalized patients expected nursing love and attention; (2) 95. 3% -99. 2% of them required good professional skills of the nurse; (3) 85. 1% -90.2% of them hoped that the basic physiological needs should be met satisfactorily; (4) 82.9% -92.7% of them expressed their need for health education; (5) 88% -97. 9% of them needed psychosocial support; (6) 77. 4% -97. 9% of them hoped that the nurse should communicate with them with good emotional skills. Conclusion The results of the investigation demonstrate that hospitalized patients need high level of nursing care, that more humane care should be fused into every aspect of clinical nursing, which is the crux of deepening holistic nursing care, as well as a new subject that clinical nurse should confront conscientiously.
