富血供肝内胆管细胞癌的CT诊断和鉴别诊断

目的 探讨富血供肝内胆管细胞癌的CT表现特征。方法 对手术病例证实的7例富血供肝内胆管细胞癌的临床资料、CT片进行回顾性分析、总结。结果 7例富血供肝内胆管细胞癌5例为末梢型，2例为肝门型，7例均无肝硬化背景，增强扫描动脉期、门静脉期均表现为病灶边缘环状强化，延迟期持续环状强化。结论 富血供肝内胆管细胞癌CT增强扫描有一定的特征性表现，对照术后病理类型，有助于提高本病术前CT诊断的准确性。

Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma with abundant blood supply by CT

Objective To investigate the features of intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma with abundant blood supply under CT. Methods The clinical features and CT findings in 7 patients with surgically confirmed intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 7 patients, 5 were with the tumor of peripheral type and 2 of porta hepatis type. No patient had the background of liver cirrhosis. In enhanced scanning, ring intensification of the lesion margins was seen during the artery phase and portal phase and persistent ring intensification was shown during the delayed phase. Conclusions Typical presentations of intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma with abundant blood supply can be found under the contrast-enhanced CT.
