| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨混合型全髋关节置换术治疗晚期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法：2004年4月至2007年4月应用混合型髋关节治疗21例晚期股骨头坏死患者。结果：全组随访1～4年，平均2．6年；全组息髋功能Harris评分：术前（45．0±5．8）分，末次随访（87．5±3．9）分；术后优良率86％（18／21）。结论：混合型全髋关节置换术明显改善晚期股骨头坏死患者的生存质量，远期疗效有待进一步随访。

| Abstract: | Objective： To assess the clinical effects of hybrid total hip replacement （HTHR） for patients with late osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods： 21 cases of late osteonecrosis of the femoral head were treated with Hybrid total hip replacement from April 2004 to April 2007. Results： All patients were followed up for at least 2.6 years postoperatively. The mean preoperative Harris hip score is 45±5.8 and Harris hip score for the last time of follow--up is 87.5±3.9. The postoperative rate of full function is 85 percent. Conclusion： The life quality of patients with late osteonecrosis of the femoral head is remarkably improved by HTHR. The long--term effect need to be farther studied. |
