论新时期高校法制教育目标体系的建构

新时期高校法制教育目标体系的建构,必须依托增强高校两课《法律基础》课教学的针对性和实效性,以适应改革开放、经济发展和依法治国的要求,达到培养学生知法、守法、用法的目的,确立教学目标,在教学内容组合、教学方法手段、考试考核方式等方面加强改革。

Construction of University Legal Education Target System in the New Period

University legal education target system in the new period should be constructed to strengthen the pertinency and actual effect of Basis of Law in the two courses teaching. In order to meet therequirements of reform and opening policy, economic development and governing the country according to the law, attain the goal to make student know, obey and apply the law, and establish the teaching target, we should strengthen reform in teaching content combination, means and method of teaching, and means of examination and assessment.
