81例药源性耳聋文献分析

目的探讨药物引起耳聋的特点及一般规律。方法检索《中国医院数字图书馆》,对1994—2011年国内医药学术期刊报道的药物引起耳聋81例进行统计、分析。结果引起耳聋的药品种类有12种,涉及药品43个;给药途径为静脉给药、肌肉注射、口服给药等;合并用药28例,单独用药53例;引起耳聋的药物种类以抗感染药、解热镇痛药较多;听力恢复46例,永久性耳聋28例,结果不详7例。结论临床应重视药物引起的耳聋,早期预防和发现是避免听力完全丧失的关键。

Literature Analysis of 81 Cases of Drug-induced Deafness

OBJECTIVE To discuss the characteristics and general pattern of drug-induced deafness. METHODS A total of 81 drug-induced deafness cases reported in internal medical journals published from 1994 to 2011 were collected by retrieving China Hospital Digital Library and analyzed statistically. RESULTS Cause of deafness had 12 kinds of drugs. To 43 drugs, the routes of administration were intravenous injection, intramuscular injection, oral administration and so on. Combination of medication was involved in 28 cases, medication alone were 53 cases. The deafness was predominantly caused by anti-infective drugs and antipyretic analgesic drugs. Hearing recovered in 46 cases, 28 cases resulted in permanent deafness, the results were unknown in 7 cases. CONCLUSION Clinical attention should be paid to drug-induced deafness, prevention and early discovery is the key to avoid the hearing loss.
