| 摘 要： | 目的总结老年股骨粗隆骨折患者的围术期护理的特点,采取降低临床并发症的护理措施。方法对52例老年股骨粗隆骨折患者的临床资料及围术期护理进行回顾和总结。结果本组52例患者中50例进行了手术治疗,2例行骨牵引保守治疗,经过及时治疗及积极有效的护理干预,所有病例均痊愈,无任何伤残。结论老年股骨粗隆骨折患者因其生理及心理特点,手术风险大,围术期易发生多种并发症,根据其临床特点,采取相应的护理措施,对提高手术成功率,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的治愈率具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing strategies for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures and take nursing measures to reduce complications.Methods Clinical data and perioperative nursing of 52 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were retrospectively reviewed and summarized.Results Among 52 patients,50 received surgeries,and 2 underwent skeletal traction treatment.All patients were cured without any disability after timely treatment and effective nursing intervention.Conclusion Perioperative complications are easy to occur in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures for their physiological and psychological characteristics.A careful analysis of its clinical characteristics and corresponding measures can improve the success rate of operation,reduce complications,and increase cure rate. |
