北京市服刑人员艾滋病知识、态度及影响因素研究

目的了解服刑人员艾滋病防治知识知晓率,并分析其影响因素,为监狱开展艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,对北京市4所监狱内1600名服刑人员进行艾滋病相关知识的问卷调查,同时采用个人深入访谈的方法对艾滋病知识需求等相关内容进行调查。结果服刑人员艾滋病防治知识知晓率为68.0%。单因素分析结果显示：年龄、性别、民族、婚姻状况、文化程度、已服刑时间（年）、犯罪类型及是否希望获得艾滋病防治知识与艾滋病知晓率有关。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示：性别、文化程度（高中）、婚姻状况（未婚）、婚姻状况（已婚）及是否希望获得艾滋病防治知识是影响艾滋病知晓率的5个因素。结论目前服刑人员的艾滋病知识水平仍然较低,因此应进一步加强监狱服刑人员的艾滋病健康教育工作,尤其应将文化程度低的男性服刑人员作为艾滋病健康教育的重点人群。

Status of knowledge and attitude to AIDS and influencing factors among the persons in some prisons of Beijing

Objective To survey the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among persons in prison in Beijing and analyze its influencing factors in order to provide the scientific evidence for health education prisoners.Methods About 1600 persons chosen by random sampling were surveyed by use of questionnaire and some of them accepted in-depth individual interviews.Results The general awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 68.0%.Single factor analysis showed that influencing factors of score of awareness were age,gender,race,education,prison time,already prison time,crime type and attitude to learning knowledge.Multiple linear step regression analysis showed that factors of influencing scores of awareness were gender（the female）,education（senior high school）,marital status（spinsterhood）,marital status（in double harness）,attitude to learning knowledge about AIDS.Conclusion Current rate of AIDS knowledge of prisoners is relative low. Hence AIDS education should be further strengthened,especially focusing on the male population and population with poor education.
