| 摘 要： | 为探讨玻璃体切除联合视网膜切开在眼内异物取出术中的适应症，对眼内异物１７例（１７眼行经平坦部三切口的闭合式玻璃体切除术，眼内电凝，视网膜切开，分离、游离并取出嵌顿于球壁或视网膜下的异物，部分术前、术后光凝固定视网膜。结果眼内异物取出率１００％。１１例术后视力有不同程度的提高，５例视力下降，１例视力不变。术后玻璃体积血５例，视网膜脱离２例，结论：玻璃体切除联合视网膜切开术治疗后极部眼球内壁或视网膜下异物可提高异物取除的成功率，但要控制并发症。

| Abstract: | o evaluate the value of vitrectomy combining with retinotomy in extraction of intraocular foreign bodies.Methods 17 patients (17 eyes) with intraocular foreign bodies.All of the foreign bodies were extracted after subtotal pars plana vitrectomy combining with retinotomy.Results All of the foreign bodies were extracted successfully.Conclusion Vitrectomy combining with retinotomy is feasible in extraction of intraocular foreign body on posterior segment.Particularly for the foreign body which partly oldged on global wall,or under the retina. |
