老年糖尿病治疗方式对认知功能的影响及相应护理对策

目的 探讨老年男性2型糖尿病患者认知功能损伤与不同治疗方式之间的关系，找出规律，为临床护士制定相应的护理计划提供理论依据。方法 老年糖尿病患者43例，进行总体认知功能、词语学习、词语记忆、词语再认、视觉记忆、思维判断、空间技能、词语流畅、加工速度、空间执行功能等认知测试，调查糖尿病的治疗情况，并对不同治疗组间认知情况进行对比分析。结果 胰岛素治疗组的词语流畅性成绩明显减低（P〈0.05）。结论 糖尿病患者存在认知功能减退，其严重程度与治疗方式有关，必须采取针对性的护理措施。

Influence of the specific treatments for the elderly male patients with diabetes on the cognitive functions and the nursing strategy

Objective To study the relationship between the cognitive functional changes in elderly male patients with type II diabetes and the various treatments,so as to get the rule and provide the theoretical proof for proposing the nursing strategy for clinical nurses.Methods There were 43 patients with diabetes and 17 patients as the control group.The cognitive functions,vocabulary learning,vocabulary memory,vocabulary recognition,visual memory,thought judgment,spatial skill,verbal fluency,construction speed and spatial executive function were tested.The results of different treatments were collected,and the relationships between the treatments and the patients' ability of cognition were studied.Results The scores of verbal fluency were significant lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions There were cognitive functions impaired in elderly male diabetes group.The impairment of the cognitive function was related to the method of treatment.The corresponding nursing strategy must be adopted.
