经阴道彩超对流产后子宫腔内少量绒毛残留的诊断价值

摘    要:目的评价经阴道超声检查(TVUS)及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对探测药物或人工流产后宫腔内残留少量绒毛组织的应用价值。方法 20例经病理证实流产后子宫腔内有绒毛组织残留的患者,均经TVUS及CDFI检查,而后,对所有患者的超声表现进行了回顾性分析。结果 TVUS显示了所有患者的子宫内膜毛糙及不均匀增厚,部分患者子宫腔内的等回声至稍高回声团块,边界不清,大小约6mm×5mm~8mm×8mm。CDFI显示所有患者子宫腔内小团块周围的簇状花色血流。结论 TVUS联合CDFI可准确探测药物或人工流产后子宫腔内残留的少量绒毛组织,并为临床确诊和指导治疗提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the applied value of transvaginal ultrasonography(TVUS) with color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) for detecting the little intrauterine villus tissue residua after drug-or artificial abortion. Methods Ultrasonic findings of 20 patients with pathologically proved postabortion little intrauterine villus tissue residua were analyzed retrospectively. Results TVUS showed coarse and heterogeneously thickened endometrium in all patients and intrauterine isoechoic or slightly hyperechoic masses with ill-defined margin in part patients,which ranged from 6 mm×5 mm to 8 mm×8 mm in size. CDFI showed clustered color blood flow around the small masses in all patients. Conclusions TVUS combined with CDFI can accurately detect the little intrauterine villus tissue residua after drug-or artificial abortion and therefore can provide the reliable evidence for clinically correct diagnosis and treatment.
