摘    要:
肾细胞癌(RCC)是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率及死亡率近年来逐渐上升。影像检查对RCC的定性诊断、分级与治疗反应评价具有重要价值。CT灌注成像(CTPI)是一种功能成像技术,能无创性反映整个肿瘤的微循环血流灌注情况,RCC的CTPI评估成为研究热点。CTPI灌注参数不仅有助于判断RCC部分亚型,还可以与肾盂癌及乏脂肪肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤进行鉴别,并且能够预测RCC病理分级、评估非切除治疗及RCC转移灶的疗效,以及判断预后。就CTPI对RCC以上几方面的研究现状及进展予以综述。

Abstract:
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common malignant tumor of urinary system, and its incidence and mortality rates are gradually increasing in recent years. Imaging examinations play an important role in qualitative diagnosing, grading and the evaluation of treatment response of RCC. CT perfusion imaging (CTPI) is a functional imaging technology, which can comprehensively and noninvasively detect the microcirculation perfusion of the whole tumor. Hence CTPI become a research hotspot in the studies of RCC. CTPI perfusion parameters can not only contribute to the subtypes judgment of RCC, but also can differentiate from renal pelvic carcinoma and renal angiomyolipomas lack of fat, predict RCC pathologic stage, evaluate the efficacy of non-excision therapy of the primary lesions and metastases of RCC, and predict the prognosis. We reviewed the research status and progress of CTPI in the aspects mentioned above.
