布地奈德吸入和口服泼尼松龙治疗特发性肺纤维化的疗效比较

目的 探讨布地奈德大剂量吸入和口服泼尼松龙治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效.方法 42例特发性肺纤维化患者随机分为2组,常规治疗同时分别予大剂量布地奈德吸入和泼尼松龙口服,观察2组患者症状、体征、肺功、血气指标和不良反应.结果 布地奈德吸入组和口服泼尼松龙组肺功指标和动脉血气均较治疗前有显著改善,但2组间差异无统计学意义.布地奈德吸入组的不良反应明显少于口服泼尼松龙组.结论 布地奈德大剂量吸入是治疗特发性肺纤维化的有效方法,且不良反应小.

Comparison of the Efficacy of Nebulised Budesonide with Oral Prednisolone in Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
