实按灸百会穴为主治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

目的观察实按灸百会穴联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效。方法 120例眩晕患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用实按灸百会穴配合静脉滴注盐酸倍他司汀,对照组采用单纯静脉滴注盐酸倍他司汀。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后颈性眩晕症状、功能评分等变化。结果治疗组愈显率为66.7%,总有效率为96.7%;对照组愈显率为41.7%,总有效率为86.7%,两组经卡方检验,均P<0.05,表明治疗组愈显率及总有效率均明显优于对照组。两组治疗后颈性眩晕症状与功能评分均有明显改善(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组颈性眩晕症状与功能评分改善明显(P<0.01)。结论实按灸百会穴联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗颈性眩晕疗效优于单纯盐酸倍他司汀治疗。

Therapeutic Observation on the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo Predominantly with Pressing Moxibustion at Baihui(GV20)

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pressing moxibustion at Baihui （GV20） plus Betahistine Hydrochloride in treating cervical vertigo. Method A hundred and twenty patients with vertigo were randomized into two groups, with the treatment group intervened by pressing moxibustion plus intravenous infusion of Betahistine Hydrochloride, and the control group intervened by intravenous infusion of Betahistine Hydrochloride. The clinical effects, as well as the changes of cervical vertigo symptoms and function scores were observed. Result The cured and markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were 66.7% and 96.7% respectively in the treatment group, versus 41.7% and 86.7% in the control group, and the Chi-square test showed P〈0.05, indicating that both the cured and markedly effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly superior to that in the control group. After treatment, the two groups both had significant improvements in the scores of cervical vertigo symptoms and function scores （P〈0.01）; compared with the control group after treatment, the treatment group gained more marked improvement in the symptom and function scores （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Pressing moxibustion at Baihui plus Betahistine Hydrochloride is more effective than Betahistine Hydrochloride alone in treating cervical vertigo.
