针刺风池、风府穴对缺血性脑卒中患者血浆内皮素的影响

目的观察针刺风池、风府穴配合常规针刺对缺血性脑卒中的血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响。方法将100例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用针刺风池、风府穴配合常规针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后血浆ET-1含量及日常生活能力积分(ADL)的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后血浆ET-1含量、ADL均较同组治疗前显著降低(均P<0.01),但治疗组对血浆ET-1、ADL等指标的改善明显优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论针刺风池、风府穴配合常规针刺对缺血性脑卒中患者有较好的治疗作用,其作用机制可能是通过调节血浆中ET-1的含量。

Observations on the Effect of Acupuncture at Points Fengchi(GB20)and Fengfu(DU16)on Plasma Endothelin in lschemic Stroke Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture at points Fengchi（GB20） and Fengfu（DU16） plus conventional acupuncture on plasma endothelin-1 （ET-1） in ischemic stroke. Methods One hundred patients with ischemic stroke were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture at points Fengchi（GB20） and Fengfu（DU16） plus conventional acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture alone. Pre- and post-treatment plasma ET-1 contents and Activities of Daily living （ADL） scores were compared between the two groups. Results The plasma ET-1 content and the ADL score was significantly lower in both groups after treatment than before （both P〈0.01）, but they decreased significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group （both P〈0.01）. Conclusions Acupuncture at points Fengchi（GB20） and Fengfu（DU16） plus conventional acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect in ischemic stroke patients. The mechanism of its action may involve the regulation of the plasma ET-1 content.
