针灸十字穴为主治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的 观察针灸十字穴为主治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及对免疫的影响.方法 将63例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例.治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶配合甲硝唑治疗.观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后IgG、IgM、IgA水平变化.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.9％,对照组为73.3％.两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗后IgG指标与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).治疗组治疗后IgG指标与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 针灸十字穴是一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法.

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture at Crossed Points as Main Treatment for Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at crossed points as main treatment for ulcerative colitis and its effect on immunity.Method Sixty-three patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 33 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion and the control group took sulfasalazine plus metronidazole.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated and pre-/post-treatment IgG,IgM and IgA levels determined in the two groups of patients.Result The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in IgG in both groups(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in IgG between the treatment and control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture at crossed points is an effective way to treat ulcerative colitis.
