腹针配合推拿治疗落枕疗效观察

目的观察腹针配合推拿治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法将46例落枕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组23例。治疗组采用腹针配合推拿治疗,对照组采用单纯推拿治疗,观察两组患者的疼痛指数和临床整体疗效。结果两组治疗1次后疼痛指数均低于同组治疗前（均P〈0.01）;两组治疗3次后疼痛指数均低于同组治疗1次后（均P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗1次和3次后疼痛指数均低于对照组（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗1次后临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹针配合推拿是一种治疗落枕的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on Abdominal Acupuncture plus Tuina for Stiff Neck

Objective To study the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture plus tuina in treating stiff neck.Method Forty-six patients with stiff neck were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,23 in each.The treatment group was intervened by abdominal acupuncture plus tuina,and the control group was by tuina only.The pain index and integral clinical effect were observed in the two groups.Result The pain indexes dropped significantly after the first treatment in both groups(P<0.01);the pain indexes after the third treatment dropped markedly compared with those after the first treatment in both groups(P<0.01).The pain indexes after the first treatment and after the third treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The clinical effect after the first treatment in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture plus tuina is an effective approach in treating stiff neck.
