| 摘 要： | 壶腹周围癌包括十二指肠壶腹癌、胆管下段癌以及胰头癌，其恶性度高，早期诊断困难。手术切除是唯一能提高生存率的治疗方法。本文介绍壶腹周围癌的根治手术方式以及手术解除胆管梗阻、十二指肠梗阻与胰管梗阻的姑息治疗方式。 |

| Abstract: | Neoplasmas originating in the region of the ampulla of Vater are categorized as periampullary tumors including ampullary carcinomas,carcinoma of the distal common bile duct and carcinoma of the head of the pancreas.These tumors have worse differentiation and are difficult to diagnose early.The radical resection is the only way to increase the survival of patients.This paper elaborates some methods for the resectional therapy of periampullary tumors and other palliative surgery used to treat biliary obstruction,duodenal obsturction and pancreatic duct obstruction. |
